Lose Weight and Build Muscles -Supplements For Burning Fat & Gaining Lean Muscle

There is a belief that if you build lean muscle, you burn fat faster. This is true. Proper diet and workout go hand-in-hand if you want to lose weight and build leaner and toner muscles. To facilitate faster burning of fat and building of muscles, supplements can also help you achieve these goals. Warning: These supplements are not meant to be taken together. It is logical that before you try gaining lean muscle, you have to burn the flab first.

Supplements

Here are some common supplements for burning fat:

1. Green Tea Extract is a known fat burner which contain EGCG and antioxidants. It is said that it is best used during intense workout because it speeds up metabolism and burn unwanted flab during these activities.

2. Fat Blockers are also very common and popular. They do exactly as the name implies, that is, to prevent fat from being absorbed by the body. They can also bring down the cholesterol level.

3. Carbohydrate blockers are very useful especially for people who eat a lot of carbs. They prevent these carbs from being converted into sugar in our body.

4. To build lean muscles, the most popular are whey protein and protein shakes. In order to build a lean and toned body frame, a low carbohydrate-high protein diet is recommended. Moreover, for body builders, protein shakes are popular because they are very convenient and easy to digest. There are also a number of different brands in the market to suit different tastes and needs.

5. Creatine is another supplement that is very popular in the market for serious bodybuilders. The good news is that it does both jobs: burn flab and create added bulk. There is a downside to this though; it increases testosterone level so women might as well not take it.

If you're a skinny guy who wants to gain muscle mass quickly then this weight training diet is the missing key you need to start growing fast. I'm going to give you the absolute best food you need to include in your weight training diet.

Weight Training Diet

Your weight training diet can be broken up into 3 categories of food: Protein, carbs, and fat. You the right amount of each of these in order to build muscle mass. Especially if you're a skinny guy - you need to pay special attention to your diet if you want to grow.

Best Carbohydrates To Include In Your Diet
  • Potatoes
  • Fruit
  • Beans
  • Brown Rice
  • Oatmeal
  • Whole Grain Breads

Best Protein Sources To Include In Your Diet
  • Chicken and turkey
  • Steak and ground beef
  • Eggs
  • Fish/Seafood
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Whey Protein
Best Fat Sources To Include In Your Diet
  • Flax Seed Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Avocados
  • Nuts
  • Fish like salmon and tuna
  • Fish Oil
So how much of these foods should you be eating to start building muscle mass? Well, I recommend my personal training clients split it up into 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fat. This is the best ratio for gaining muscle weight quickly especially if you're a skinny guy.

Your weight training diet should also include the right number of calories for your bodyweight. If you're a hardgainer and have trouble putting on muscle mass, I recommend you take 20x your bodyweight in calories daily. So take your body weight x 20 and that's how many calories you should include in your diet on a daily basis. It's pretty simple.

Find Out The Best Exercises For Fat Loss And Building Muscle

When it comes to finding out the best exercises for fat loss and building muscle you have to know what to look for and what really makes an exercise effective for your goals.

Fat Loss And Building Muscle

Here is what I mean...

If your main goal is fast fat loss, the way you workout is going to be a little different than when your main goal is building a muscle packed frame. But, that's not what I'm going to talk about because the lifts and exercises you are going to use are going to be exactly the same. The only difference is going to be the rest periods and how many reps you do.

Other than that, 90% of them need to be a compound multi-joint big money exercises. Exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions and even ab exercises are not the best exercises for fat loss or even muscle building. If you are natural and don't take any illegal steroids your body will always benefit the most from lifting as much weight as possible with compound lifts.

Here are some of the most effective exercises you can use to change your physique fast:

-Squats, either the barbell or dumbbell version. Make sure to go all the way down and when you come back up keep your legs slightly bent so you keep tension on your leg muscles.

-Deadlifts, this in my opinion is the best exercise anybody could ever do. It works all your muscles, from your ankles to your shoulders. Make sure to start with a little amount of weight, till you learn perfect form.

-Pull-Ups, nothing will impact your upper body or melt body fat away like this exercise. This also includes chin-ups and all the different forms of this exercise.

- Dumbbell and Barbell Presses, either for your chest or vertical presses for your shoulders. I put these last because they use the least effort. And the muscle's you are working are smaller. So the metabolic demand on your body is less. Resulting in less fat loss, than when you are squatting or deadlifting.

Finding the best exercises for fat loss and building muscle is easy. If you were to just use these for 90 days, every week, you will have a body that most people envy and wonder if you are taking anything illegal to get it.
